The room was clean and tidy, and the area was quiet and peaceful. Plus, the hotel's location was near to all the tourist places, which made it easier and faster to explore the new city.
The hotel needs to improve their communication about basic necessities like hot water because we had to wait for a long time to get it. Unfortunately, we were late to our romantic dinner reservation because no one told us about the hot water switch.

The hotel lacked basic information about usage of the hot water system. We had to wait for the water to get heated, which made us late for our plans. the rooms were clean and the location was great. It was located in a convenient area for exploring the city and the service was satisfactory. the breakfast options were decent with a variety of choices for different dietary preferences.
The lack of information about the hot water system caused inconvenience for our plans.

The cleanliness of the room and the surrounding area are the best aspects of this hotel. , the location was very convenient, as it was close to the places we wanted to visit. We also enjoyed the comfortable bed in the room.
One of the worst aspects of our stay was the lack of information about how to get hot water. We had to wait for a long time before realizing that we had to switch on the hot water switch to make it work.
